How to add an “Are you sure?” form submit popup.

This feature was added to version 2.9.8.6
This feature is optional. You can enable it when editing your form. To enable it, check the setting: “Enable an “Are you sure?” popup for the submit button.”

How it works:
When a visitor clicks the form submit button, a popup message will ask “Are you sure?”. You are presented with “Yes”, “No” dialog before the form is submitted. Answer “Yes” to submit the form. Answer “No” to cancel and return to the form. The “Are you sure?” message can be changed in the “change field labels” settings on the form edit page.
